WONDERS OF THE WORLD There’s magic in these vast rumbling glaciers. They hold you enchanted with their massive scale, glowing blue ice and crash of white thunder. And Alaska’s waterways reveal more of these thrilling Ice Age giants than anywhere else on earth. Nature’s marvels will live in your memory long after you return home. WILD KINGDOM Feel your heart expand and your spirits soar as you witness this life-altering spectacle of nature from our ship. Gaze in wonder at bald eagles creating graceful arcs in the impossibly blue sky, and watch for humpback whales, orcas, seals, otters and porpoises at play in the glassy sea. Day 1 Seattle - We arrive today after our flight from the East Coast. Today enjoy a riding tour of this great city taking in some of the great sights such as Pike Place Market and more. We will check into our hotel and later this evening we depart for Safeco Field to watch our beloved Red Sox. Our method of transportation is via foot as we are within walking distance to the ballpark. Meals are on our own today. Day 2 Seattle - After our included breakfast at our hotel we will depart to see the Boeing Factory and enjoy a fun-filled wine tasting at Chateau Ste. Michelle. This evening we return to Safeco Field to see our second Red Sox game on this great trip. Lunch and Dinner are on our own today. Day 3 Seattle - Enjoy a relaxing breakfast at our hotel this morning. Perhaps take some time to do some more sightseeing in Seattle before we embark our ship for our 7 Night Alaska Cruise. Day 5 – Ketchikan – The lifeline of this city is found in its collection of boat harbors, floatplanes and fishing fleets and along historic Creek Street. Day 6 – Tracy Arm Fjord, Alaska (Scenic Cruising) – Located 50 miles southeast of Juneau, this spectacular glacier-carved fjord has sheer vertical walls that clearly showcase nature’s artistry. Linger in this magical place to watch blocks of ice calving off the glaciers towering faces. Day 6 – Juneau – An outdoor adventurers dream. Rafting the Mendenhall River, kayaking areas rich with wildlife, sportfishing, or hiking the scenic trails, this capital city has something for everyone. Day 7 – Skagway – Known as the “Gateway to the Yukon” during the Gold Rush. The town’s restored buildings, quaint wooden sidewalks & Saloon give you a complete historic boomtown experience. Day 9 – Victoria, BC – Victoria, western Canada’s oldest city, was founded in 1843 as a Hudson’s Bay Company trading post. The most “British” city in all of Canada, Victoria boasts prominent reminders of its colonial past in its carefully preserved architecture. Seattle, WashingtonSituated on Puget Sound, surrounded by the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges, the Seattle city skyline is impressive with shimmering glass high-rises and 100-year-old buildings standing side by side. We will make this wonderful city our home for two nights as we cheer on our beloved Red Sox from field level seats as they take on the Seattle Mariners. While here we will visit all of the areas great attractions and even include tours to the Future of Flight Museum & Boeing Factory, a Wine Tasting and grounds visit at Chateau Ste. Michelle.
